Bayridge serves 16 meals per week, everything except lunch on weekdays. Meals are well-balanced and vary from day to day. Ask any of ours residents what they like about Bayridge and their response will inevitably include "the food!"

We eat family style – giving everyone at Bayridge a chance to interact with other residents. The diversity of backgrounds and fields of study make for fun and interesting dinner conversations.

Typical breakfasts served: pancakes and scrambled eggs, hot oatmeal with all the toppings, fried eggs with scones and bacon, quesadillas with eggs and salsa.

Typical dinners served: chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread, pork chops with potato wedges and spinach, Chinese stir-fry with rice and snow peas.

In addition to the prepared meals, there is always fresh fruit and cereal served at breakfast as well as a salad bar and homemade dessert at dinner.
