2016 Ayer Lecture - Of Chocolate and Other Joys

Lee Napoli, Founder, ChocoLee Chocolate School, has had a varied and interesting career in the food world, serving as pastry chef for Boston's most beloved restaurants - Icarus and Maison Robert- before founding one of the few chocolate schools in the country.
