2016 Ayer Lecture - A Bazaar of Flavors: Bringing the Middle East to Boston

Our lecture series begins on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 with Ana Sortun , Executive Chef and Owner, and Maura Kilpatrick , Executive Pastry Chef, of Oleana Restaurant Group (Sofra, Oleana, and Sarma), nationally recognized for their creative use of exotic flavors and spices. By incorporating the savory tastes of Turkey, Lebanon, and Greece into contemporary dishes, these master chefs have opened the Boston restaurant scene to a whole new world of flavors.
